Hey y’all! Today is TGIFF! Thank Goodness It’s Finished Friday is run by Anja of Anja Quilts, Leanne of Devoted Quilter, & Laura of Slice of Pi Quilts. If you’ve never done a linky party, then be sure to check out the details at the bottom on how to join. First and foremost, I’d like to share my finish for the week.
My TGIFF Finish
My most recent finish (that I can share 😉 ) is my version of Elizabeth Hartman’s The Kittens quilt. I started this project back in July of 2016. That makes it officially older than my youngest child!
I used Robert Kaufman Kona Cotton solids for the cat’s faces, and Robert Kaufman Essex Yarn Dyed Linen for the background. I dive into even more details in this post. I think this project is now the winner for the oldest UFO I have finished to date!
This year is the year of the UFO/WIP, and I’m on a mission to put a pretty big dent in my MOUNTAIN of unfinished projects. What is your quilty or crafty goal for the year?

What a cute finish. I love the binding (a stripe gets me every time). It looks super cuddly!
